Compaint: After CONSTANT calls from Jason Monroe, we decided to give him a shot on a smaller budget. Before he was paid there would be numerous calls each day. Upon Jason Monroe receiving payment communication continued, slightly less often. Nothing at all happened from his efforts and he became totally unreachable. Numerous attempts to contact him went without reply or response. We were finally able to get some of his staff on the phone, which they came up with excuses why Jason Monroe was not available. Then we found out that Jason Monroe went behind our back and attempted to solicit more money from our client. Jason Monroe NEVER got back to us and never contacted us again. Numerous phone calls and emails from us went unreturned and Jason Monroe never responded as to why he went behind our backs and attempted to solicit our client.
